This thesis examines real-life cases of Intranet Quality Management and proposes a framework to improve the quality of corporate Intranets through specific (review) processes and policies.

This thesis aims at answering the following questions: How can information quality be measured, analyzed and improved in the context of new media? What are exemplary approaches, and what are critical issues? What new tools can be conceived and what existing tools can be transferred from the classical TQM approaches?

This thesis builds on the existing work of the CC EKM and tries to further develop the Information Quality Radar, a comprehensive information quality assessment tool. It proposes a generic famework for the measurement of information quality in various contexts.
