1st of December 2000, mcm institute, St. Gallen, Switzerland This year's information quality and knowledge conference will be held on the 1st of December 2000 at the mcm institute in St. Gallen. The overall topic of this year's event is " Information Quality in Knowledge Work." It will focus on the tree relevant layers of data quality, information quality, and knowledge quality that need to be considered in knowledge work. Since knowledge work input and output has the form of information, the quality of that information becomes a crucial element in improving knowledge work. In this event, we would like to provide a platform to share insights into information quality in the context of knowledge work.
